A quiet and friendly hotel with amazingly great staff. Great setting walking distance from the central station. - A fine base for exploring Andernach.

The welcome, food etc, were all very good, distance from river, Market Place and transport - all very good. I have not ticked any of above boxes, because they did not really apply to our small group. (for myself the weather was on the hot side, but that is an advantage for some)
There was room for improvement in the en-suite, there is no reason for complaint,

nice stay on a road trip. good breakfasts with fresh coffee and also hot chocolate provided by the lovely friendly staff. neat and updated rooms with comfortable beds. good, marvellous location on the rhine river.

For the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got at Hotel Am Martinsberg. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with the train station and a supermarket just a short walk away. The staff, especially the older gentleman at the reception, were friendly and helpful.
More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better.

Hotel was immaculately decorated in typical German style and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
The only power point was for the TV - one or two additional power points in the room would have been useful

The breakfast was great with freshly brewed coffee. the hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the town center, train station, and grocery stores.

It was good value for money. We were well informed of the layout of the town and where to find interesting places and resturants.
Nothing specific about the hotel except that it is an uphill walk from the station, made more difficult with luggage.

This hotel offers a great location just minutes away from the city center and the Rhine river. the train station is nearby making it easy for travelers to come and go. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good range of facilities including tea and coffee-making equipment. the breakfast is also good with a variety of options available.
The hotel's shower curtains are not well-designed which results in water leakage onto the floor.

Enclosed, locked garage for motorbike. Friendly and helpful staff. Crisp clean room. Delicious €1 ice creams at nearby gelateria. Good value for money. Free bottle of water in room. Complimentary fruit at reception. Very friendly staff.
